Issue Summary

When you open a JSM List for the first time, the lists momentarily flashes results. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to JSM Project 
2. Go to Multi-space work
3. By default, the first panel is List, which flashes results.

Expected Results

List all the results correctly.

Actual Results

No Results are displayed. 

Workaround

Once the page displays empty results, click on "View work items from multiple spaces in one place" from the List section.

Once it is clicked, the list should populate fine next time.
