Current State:

Whenever sending a very long email message to Jira Service Management, email signature detection will be skipped or at least provide unexpected results.
This is a purposeful measure in order to avoid malformed description and comments on the ticket.
 

Proposed Future State:

Improve how the whole mechanism functions so long email signatures are also hidden.
