Issue Summary
Link incident feature doesn't retrieve incidents that have a work item type name different than "[System] Incident".
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new custom work item type
- Create a new request type and make sure it's under the Incidents work category using the newly created work item type on the first step.
- Create a new work item using this request type and work item type.
- Go to your site's alerts page using the following URL by updating your site name:
- Select an existing alert or in case you don't have any, create one and select it. After selecting it click on the * Link incident* button.
Expected Results
The incident work item you just created should appear as an option to be linked.
Actual Results
The incident work item isn't retrieved as it uses a custom work item type name.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior other than making sure all your incidents use the "[System] Incident" work item type name.
