Issue Summary
When we Configure comment text to be in Italics in the customer notifications emails, if the comment added has more than one format, then text in the email notification is not changed to Italics but is written within Underscore (wiki markup failure)
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Results
The comment should be in Italics inside the customer notification email.
Actual Results
This is how the text looks like in the customer notification email
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
