Current State:

Currently, Jira Service Management Forms only allow helper or info panel text to be displayed as static descriptions below each form field. This can lead to cluttered forms and reduced readability, especially for complex forms with multiple fields.

 

Proposed Future State:

Please add the ability to display helper or instructional text as tooltips that appear when a user hovers over an icon or the form field itself. This would allow important guidance to be available contextually, without permanently occupying space on the form.
