Current State:

Currently, Jira Service Management (JSM) forms support conditional visibility of fields based on user input, but do not support auto-populating one field (such as Summary or Description) based on the value selected in another field (such as a dropdown).

 

Proposed Future State:

When a user selects an option from a dropdown conditional field, the Summary field is automatically populated with the same value related to that selection before the form is submitted.
