      Issue Summary

When Jira Service Management is connected to an cross site Confluence as a Knowledge Base, opening a KB article in the customer portal and then clicking the current page link in the breadcrumb at the top of the page results in a “Not found” error, even though the article itself is otherwise accessible.

Click the current page link in breadcrumb

      Page not found

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure a Jira Service Management project to use an cross  site confluence as its knowledge base.
      1. From the customer portal, search for a knowledge base article and open it.
      1. At the top of the article view in the portal, look at the breadcrumb navigation
      1. Click the link corresponding to the current page (the last element in the breadcrumb).
      1. Observe the result in the browser.

      Expected Results

      • The current page link in the breadcrumb should open the same KB article correctly (or effectively act as a refresh of the article), without any error.

      Actual Results

      • Clicking the current page link in the breadcrumb shows a “Not found” (404-style) error in the customer portal.
