Issue Summary

Page not found

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Jira Service Management project to use an cross site confluence as its knowledge base.
- From the customer portal, search for a knowledge base article and open it.
- At the top of the article view in the portal, look at the breadcrumb navigation
- Click the link corresponding to the current page (the last element in the breadcrumb).
- Observe the result in the browser.
Expected Results
- The current page link in the breadcrumb should open the same KB article correctly (or effectively act as a refresh of the article), without any error.
Actual Results
- Clicking the current page link in the breadcrumb shows a “Not found” (404-style) error in the customer portal.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
