CSV export for Request Participants field should not be duplicate values.

      Current State:

      When exporting Jira Service Management work items to CSV (csv, excel, etc.) and including the "Request Participants" field, the user IDs in this field are displayed as duplicates as following.

      Custom field (Request participants)                                       
      qm:23871f64-xxxx-yyyy..(qm:23871f64-xxxx-yyyy..)

      -> Both the user ID and the user ID in brackets are displayed.

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be better for only one ID to be displayed, without duplicates.
      Because, If the user would like to import CSV data to Jira service management project including "Request Participants" value, the import to the "request participants" will fail with duplicated IDs.
