Issue Summary
When attempting to edit the "Incoming call configuration" from the Incoming call routing integration, the data disappears and unable to edit the configurations to modify the routed participants. This issue occurs intermittently in a few instances.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an incoming call integration
- Go to the "Incoming call configuration" section and attempt to edit the "Routed participants"
- When searching for a user/escalation/schedule, the information populates, but when selected, it immediately disappears
Expected Results
When searching for a user/escalation/schedule, the information populates when selected. The data is modified with the new routing details

When searching for a user/escalation/schedule, the information populates, but when selected, it immediately disappears
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
