Current State:

You have an integration with OP5 where you use JEC to generate alerts and update responders during the creation of alert. In the integration you have configured to send updates back to OP5, however you don't receiving any events back for when the responders are added via the alert policy during creation.

Proposed Future State:

It must send back updates to Op5 whenever responders are updated via policy.

Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

Automation rule can be created to update responders which will send back updates to Op5.
