Issue Summary
In team-managed projects, when adding a request type to a portal group, the request type appears to disappear immediately after being added. However, upon refreshing the page, the request type is displayed as successfully attached to the group.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Project settings in a team-managed project, then select Channels & self service, followed by Portal.
- Click Customize your portal.
- In the top-right corner, click Customize, then select Organize portal groups.
- Click Add group, enter a name for the portal group, and press Enter.
- Once the group is added, edit the group and add multiple request types.
Expected Results
The request types should be immediately visible as added to the group.
Actual Results
The request types only appear in the group after refreshing the page.
Workaround
Refresh the page after adding each request type to the group to view the changes.
