Current State:

Currently, to filter objects using AQL, you need to use Assets UI, or you may use ‘Post object aql’ Rest API The Assets REST API to fetch objects via AQL.

Proposed Future State:

Ability to pre-populate  an AQL filter from the Assets URL search to search objects.
