Agents can't access the Product tab (Under the Customers page)

      Issue Summary

      To use this feature, you need to turn on Customer and organization profiles and Products and entitlements on the Features page in Space settings.

      As shared in the documentation, About products and entitlements:

      "Both admins and agents can add and edit products. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add an Agent to the JSM space.
      2. Turn on the Customer and organization profiles and Products and entitlements features.
      3. Ask this user to check the Products tab under the Customers page.

      Expected Results

      The agent should be able to access this page and manage the products and the customers.

      Actual Results

      The agent can't access this page.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
