Intent matching does not work correctly later in the conversation with the virtual service agent

      Issue Summary

      When using exact training phrases as the first message in the AI conversation, the intent matching works as expected.

      When training phrases are used after AI Answers is activated, intent matching is not working as expected

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start a converstaion and have the Virtual Agent provide an answer based on AI Answers first
      2. On the "Did this resolve your issue?" prompt select "No"
      3. Enter a exact training phrase from an intent

      Expected Results

      Intent is matched

      Actual Results

      Intent is not matched as expected

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
