Ability to see the freeze/maintenance windows when using 'Schedule Change' option

      Current State:

      We can see set the freeze/maintenance window using 'Change Calendar' and view all the changes as well. However, in the 'Schedule Change' option, we don't see the current freeze/maintenance windows.

      Proposed Future State:

      Ability to see the freeze/maintenance window when using 'Schedule Change' option
