Current Problem:

With the recent update, the [Share with] field now allows users to select both organizations and individual users. Previously, only organizations could be selected. However, when using the "Share with" feature, individual users are prioritized in the search results depending on the users names and organizations names, requiring users to specifically search for organizations. As with the previous [Share with] field, users primarily share with organizations since that is how they used this field.

Suggested Solution:

Change the default behavior of the [Share with] field so that organizations are prioritized or appear first in the search results, rather than individual users. This would align with the previous behavior and improve efficiency for users who frequently share with organizations.

Workaround:

Currently, there is no workaround. Workaround will be added once it is identified.
