Too easy to accidentally change email settings

      Issue Summary

      On the Email requests settings page for JSM, you don't need to actually click 'on' the setting to update it. Simply clicking in line with the setting can make edits without it being obvious to the user.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the email requests settings for JSM
      2. Click on the right-hand side of the screen in line with a setting

      Expected Results

      Clicking a blank area of the screen shouldn't make changes.

      Actual Results

      These settings can be easily changed and they also save immediately.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
