JSM Board failed to show translations for ticket status

      Issue Summary

      Statuses have been translated from English to other languages, eg Norwegian, correctly for the JSM project.

      But when opening the Board in JSM, users still see statuses in English. If the project admin navigates to Board Configure views -> Columns, the statuses appear correctly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1, Change the preferred language to another language.
      2. Step 2, Update all the status translations. (Settings > Issues. Under Work item attributes, select Statuses. Translate statuses.)
      3. Step 3, Navigate to any JSM Board, and you will see that the status shows in the JSM board is still in English

      Expected Results

      Statuses should be translated into the preferred language.

      Actual Results

      Status names are displayed in English on the project board but are correctly displayed in Norwegian within Configure views → Columns.

       

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
