      Issue Summary

      Restore operations involving large issue-form files fail to complete within the current 8-hour processing window. This is particularly problematic for tenants using FDC, as the process includes a delete-before-restore step, further increasing the total processing time. As a result, Proforma can't be supported for affected tenants and must be excluded via feature flag until the platform limitation is resolved.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attempt a restore operation on a tenant with larger issue-forms files
      2. Observe the process, including the delete-before-restore step.
      3. Note that the operation fails after exactly 8 hours.

      Expected Results

      The restore operation should complete successfully, regardless of the issue-forms file size, which helps in completing the sandbox data copy.

      Actual Results

      The restore operation fails after 8 hours due to a platform-imposed processing time limit. Proforma can't be supported for these tenants and must be excluded via feature flag.

      Workaround

      Contact the support team to exclude the Proforma data.

      Planned Resolution:

      The platform limitation (8-hour processing window) is expected to be resolved in February with the CP Offloading work, which will remove the 8-hour limit.
