Ability to add preset value for 'summary' on team-managed space forms

      User Problem

      Company-managed spaces allow you to select 'user preset value and hide from portal' for the Summary field on a form. However, team-managed spaces don't show this option.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add this option for team-managed spaces.

      Current Workarounds

      Use a company-managed space if this is a requirement.
