Problem definition
Currently, when an issue/work item has more than 150 attachments, portal‑only customers can’t view or download those attachments from the customer portal.
For further details, refer to this link: Update to how the issue view handles a large number of attachments.
Suggestion
To improve the customer experience, provide customers with the ability to download attachments from the portal when an issue or work item has over 150 attachments.
