      Issue Summary

If a user selects 0 in the voice notification to end the call, an escalation message for the alert is triggered to ChatOps integrations.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set up an integration with Slack/MSTeams
      2. Create an alert that will notify via voice
      3. Press 0 when you receive the call

      Expected Results

Pressing 0 should just end the call.

      Actual Results

The call is ended and a message is sent to Slack/Teams that the alert has been escalated. However, the alert doesn't actually get escalated. This also only sends to ChatOps integrations, but doesn't trigger an escalation action for other integrations/syncs.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
