Feature to create responder alerts with the incident details doesn't work when Description is empty.

      Issue Summary

      When the option Use incident details when creating a responder alert. This applies to all service spaces. is enabled, it will add the incident information to the alert and the incident link in the description at the end of the content. However, when the incident description is empty, it doesn't add the incident link to the alert, keeping the alert description empty.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Settings -> Jira Apps -> Under Jira Service Management -> Incident management -> Responder alert settings
      1. Toggle on the option Use incident details when creating a responder alert. This applies to all service spaces.
      2. Create an incident and keep the Description field empty.
      3. Add responders and check the alert to see the alert description will be empty.

      Expected Results

      We would like to see the incident link in the alert even when the incident description is empty.

      Actual Results

      The alert description is empty and there is no information about the incident link or any reference.

      Workaround

      Create an automation to add a description during the incident creation and fill the description field with any value.
