Issue Summary
requesterChannelLink custom field does not populate when Private chat requests is enabled
Steps to Reproduce
- Add requesterChannelLink custom field to a request type - Instructions: Automatically add Slack channel information to custom fields in Jira when using JSM Chat
- Enable "Private chat requests" on Project settings > Channels & self service > Chat > Settings
- Create a ticket from a message in the Slack Request channel (i.e. react with the "ticket" emoji)
Expected Results
The request is created and the requesterChannelLink custom field is populated with the link
Actual Results
The requesterChannelLink custom field is populated with the following message:
No requester channel thread available, ticket was created via slack-emoji
Workaround
Disable "Private chat requests" on the Chat settings
