Issue Summary

It would be great to have the ability to dynamically add multiple sections based on the selected options.

For example, for a field with hundreds of options, a section with specific fields is added to the form for each option a customer selects during ticket creation. If the customer selects 5 options, the same fields will appear 5 times; if the customer selects 30 options, the same fields will appear 30 times.

Actual Results

Currently, this is possible, but you will need to manually create a section for each option, which might not be feasible depending on the number of options.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
