Issue Summary

After the initial greeting message from Assist Bot, users encounter the error "One or more replies failed to sync with the Jira work item."
This is happening to:

• Users who have added images as part of their first conversation don't see it reflected in the Jira ticket.

The issue occurs intermittently in both cases, where messages include images and those that don't. It doesn't prevent the creation of tickets.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Slack channel where the Assist Bot is enabled.
2. In the channel, send a message.
3. Observe that Assist Bot responds with its initial greeting message.
4. An error message appears intermittently: "One or more replies failed to sync with the Jira work item."
5. Despite the error, the flow continues, and a Jira ticket is created.
6. On the created Jira ticket, any images included in the initial message are missing and not reflected in the ticket.

Expected Results

• No error message should be sent to the user.
• Messages with images should sync with the Jira work item.

Actual Results

• An error message is displayed: “One or more replies failed to sync with the Jira work item.”

• On the created Jira ticket, any images included in the initial message are missing and not reflected in the ticket.
