Issue Summary
Issue when escalating VSA conversation with required fields.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a VSA Chat from teams.
- Make sure there is a required column set in the request type.
- Then try creating a ticket through VSA, we should see Unable to reach app. Please try again. in the modal.
Expected Results
No error should popup
Actual Results
We get error "Unable to reach app. Please try again." on teams and the work item gets created.
Workaround
Remove, required field from the request type.
