      Issue Summary

      When there is a situation the user Clicking "Back" from the virtual agent conversation page to the portal help center to search a new query and press enter to redirect to virtual agent page, it does not work

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable Virtual Agent for help center
      2. Then , open customer portal help center
      3. Type a text in search bar and press enter to redirect to virtual agent .
      4. The query copied to the page and virtual agent work as expected.
      5. After complete the query , press "Back" from the page.
      6. Type a new query in search bar and press enter
      7. It redirected to virtual agent , but nothing working

      Expected Results

      Virtual agent working as expected , the new query added to the page and virtual agent continue to assists.

      Actual Results

      Virtual agent return nother

      Workaround

      Refresh the browser page and ask the new query
