Issue Summary
Currently, when we migrate portal-only accounts to Atlassian accounts, the approval history on tickets where the portal-only accounts have approved and the assets attributes where the portal-only accounts are added will show as "Former User" if the accounts are deleted.
Expected Results
This is important data that needs to be migrated to the new account.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
If you keep the accounts deactivated but don't delete them, the username will still appear on the approval history.
Assets attribute will still show the old account.
