"View JSM operations" button is not clickable under teams

      Issue Summary

      Users can go to Operations from Teams page using the link "View JSM Operations" button. However, the link is greyed out. Refer to screenshot.

      Steps to Reproduce

       # Visit any of the teams within the site. 
       # Look for "View JSM Operations" link at the right side panel of the Teams page.

      1. Although the text is visible, it is not clickable.

      Expected Results

      Users should be able to click on the link and go to JSM Operations page

      Actual Results

      Users are be able to go to JSM Operations page as the text "View JSM Operations" is not clickable.

      Notes

      Engineering team has been made aware of this issue and is working on fixing the issue.
