Restrict Help Center Announcement Banner Visibility to Authenticated Users

      Current State:

      Currently, the Help Center announcement banner in Jira Service Management Cloud is visible to all users who access the Help Center landing page, including anonymous and unauthenticated users. This presents a challenge for organizations that operate both internal and external portals, as internal communications or sensitive information displayed in the banner may be exposed to the public.

      Proposed Future State:

      We request the ability to restrict the visibility of the Help Center announcement banner so that it is only shown to authenticated users (i.e., users who are logged in and/or have access to at least one service project). Ideally, administrators should be able to configure the banner’s visibility based on user authentication status, ensuring that internal announcements are not exposed to external or anonymous visitors.
