Deactivation of JSM may cause longer loading for Global Automation page.

      Issue Summary

      When JSM is disabled for a site, the global automation page may start taking longer to load, around 15-20 seconds.

      This occurs because continue to try fetching Opsgenie related templates inspite of it not being present - which eventually times out and the page shows up. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a Jira site with both Jira and JSM
      2. Deactivate or remove the subscription for JSM. 
      3. The global automation page starts taking longer to load.

      Expected Results

      The global automation page should open up without delays.

      Actual Results

      The global automation page takes longer to load, around 15-20 seconds.

       

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
