Description
Improve the user experience for Jira Software customers by either restricting the visibility of Okta automation actions only to relevant Jira Service Management (JSM) Premium/Enterprise customers or expanding their availability to Jira Software (JSW) projects.
Current State
As per the official documentation (Use Automation with Okta):
The Okta integration with Automation is only available to Jira Service Management Cloud customers on Premium or Enterprise plans...
However, when trying to create an automation for Jira Software projects, the automation feature suggests Okta-related actions:

Proceeding with the automation generates errors because these actions are exclusive to JSM Premium/Enterprise plans.
The current situation leads to confusion as the actions appear in the automation interface for all users, regardless of their plan or product type.
Suggestions
Restrict visibility:
Implement logic to hide Okta automation actions from the automation interface for customers who don't have access (e.g., Jira Software and JSM Standard plans)
Enhance notifications:
Introduce a clear notification or tooltip within the automation interface to indicate that certain actions, like those involving Okta, are exclusive to JSM Premium/Enterprise plans
Expand availability:
Consider extending the availability of Okta automation actions to Jira Software Premium plan users, thereby enhancing the value of their subscription and reducing feature disparity between Jira Software and JSM
