As a JSM Cloud admin, I want to add simple, step-by-step playbooks or visual guidance directly into the customer portal and request forms, so that users with lower educational levels can easily follow instructions and complete requests. This should not require Confluence or external links, and should support images, icons, and plain language. The goal is to improve the user journey for store customers with low education profiles.
