Issue Summary

For some teams, notifications are sent to other members who are not part of the team. It is adding unnecessary noise to other users. It is also concerned with non-members seeing the notification, which they are not allowed to.

Not replicable

Expected Results

It should only send a notification to the current team member

Actual Results

It is sending notifications to non-team members.

Workaround

Add and remove the member in the team who recieved the notification.
