Description:
Currently, putting JSM instance into maintenance mode during outages or planned work requires manually disabling each integration, which is time-consuming and error-prone for organizations with a large number of integrations.
This suggestion it to request a UI feature to create a global maintenance window with a single action, at an Organization level. Ideally, this would include an option such as for example “Apply to all integrations” or “Global maintenance mode” when creating a maintenance window, automatically including all current integrations without requiring manual selection.
This would reduce operational risk and align with best practices in other incident management platforms.
