Summary
An Email request to a service project duplicated work items. Also, one of them is not recorded in the Email processed log in the service project.
Steps to Reproduce
As it happens sporadically, there is no concrete way to reproduce this.
Expected Results
In the JSM project, only 1 work item gets created.
Actual results:
In the JSM project, 2 work items get created. 1 of them is not even logged in the email processed log in the project.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround. Workarounds will be added here once they are identified.
