Issue Summary
If a user has JSW access, but not JSM access, they can navigate to the Operations overview URL and will get an error. However, after the error, the Operations menu items are shown in the UI and won't go away until they log out and back in.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a user with JSW access, but not JSM access.
- Log in as this user and navigate to https://[site].atlassian.net/jira/ops/overview
Expected Results
You should get an error.
Actual Results
There is an error shown, but the Operations menu items also are shown. If you try to click into the alerts or on-call, then you get another error. The menu also stays visible until you log out and back in.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
