Issue Summary

Some queues are failing when trying to edit the queue, and showing permissions issues when attempting to view the board.

This is often specific to the specific queue within the space, and other queues are unaffected. However, the edit page for other queues may also appear to fail due to a browser caching issue. For these other queues, a refresh should fix the problem.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit an affected queue.
2. Try to edit the queue

OR

1. Visit an affected queue
2. Try to visit the board within the affected queue

Expected Results

The edit queue page loads

The board page loads

Actual Results

The edit queue page fails to load with a generic error page with hash and trace. Network tab provides a generic error message

The board page loads with a "You need permission to view this board" message.

Workaround

Copy the affected queue, and delete the affected queue. The duplicate should work.
