Issue Summary
Requests created through Slack intermittently don't sync comments from Slack to JSM if request type is not configured to the Agent channel.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure Slack integration through Assist in Project Settings > Channels > Chat;
- Add multiple request types to request channel and left some of them off agent channel
- Create a JSM issue through Slack, using one of the request types that is not added in agent channel
- Add a message to the thread in which item was created
- Intermittently the message won't be added as a comment to the item that was created in step 3 above
Expected Results
The message should be added as a comment to the just created item.
Actual Results
Intermittently the message won't be added as a comment to the item that was created; all comments manually added to the work item though are added as a message in Slack thread.
Workaround
Add missing request type also to agent channel.
