Issue Summary
Rating options in CSAT survey are not being translated into the browser language within user profiles based on “Automatically detect browser setting” settings
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the default language as french(or any other language) in a project
- Set the browser language to English and language in user profile based on “Automatically detect browser setting” settings
- Raise a request and resolve it by keeping reporter as portal-only user
- Email received by reporter will be in French except for the ratiing options, which will be in English
Expected Results
CSAT email should translate completely based on language detected by browser.
Actual Results
CSAT rating and few other sections of portal are not translated.
Workaround
Ensure that portal users are selecting an appropriate language in their profile for a consistent language use including in the CSAT emails
