Use case: When exporting Jira data, customers require the export to include the organizational context of users (e.g., the assignee's department, job title, and location).

Vendor dependency: We would appreciate the availability of a supported REST API to reliably access extended organizational attributes of users stored in Atlassian profiles. Additionally, we kindly request that the APIs be accessible through standard Forge authentication methods and support user impersonation.

Impact of missing API: Our exports are incomplete. We are currently unable to provide full organizational context for users.
