Problem Description

Currently, Jira Service Management (JSM) project settings do not provide administrators with the ability to edit the widget script or delete an existing widget.

Suggested Solution

Add UI options within the JSM project settings to allow administrators to:

1. Edit Widget Script:

• • Provide an “Edit” button next to each widget in the project settings.

• • Allow users to modify the widget script directly from the UI.

• • Validate script changes before saving to prevent errors.

1. Delete Widget:

• • Provide a “Delete” button or option for each widget.

• • Include a confirmation dialog to prevent accidental deletions.

• • Ensure that deleting a widget removes all associated configurations and scripts from the project.
