Issue Summary

When configuring a board filter in a JSM TMP project to include issues from a CMP project, issues that have a parent (such as epic) and the user has access to both issues and the parent issue, the board in the JSM TMP Project is not loading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a JSM work item (Company managed) to an Epic in a software project
2. Configure a filter to display work items in step 1
3. Configure a board to use the filter in step 2

Expected Results

The board in the JSM TMP Project displays the work items

Actual Results

The board in the JSM TMP Project is not loading.

Workaround

Instead of using board in a team-managed project, use a board in a company-managed project instead.
