Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a report using Time to First response - %Met as the chosen series
2. The percentage shown on the average percentage is wrong.

Expected Results

To show the right calculated value of the average chosen.

Actual Results

As we can see on the examples attached, the calculation does not match right results
