Incident timeline feature in PIR doesn't include information in the sequence they occur.

      Issue Summary

      Incident timeline feature doesn't include information in the sequence they have occurred. For example when you link a primary incident to a PIR you can observe that the first entry in the incident timeline would be about "Creation of PIR" and after that event it would all the activity entries from the incident except its creation of incident which is confusing.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Incident and create a PIR
      2. Link the created incident on the PIR using the Primary incident field.
      3. Click on Incident timeline after linking the incident.
      4. Observe the information in the incident timeline.

      Expected Results

      The events logged in the incident must be in sequence as its timeline and also it should also capture the activity of incident creation.

      Actual Results

      Currently the incident timeline seems to include the "Creation time of the PIR" and then except the creation timestamp of the incident it captures everything after that happened on the incident.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
