Issue Summary

Deleted projects may occasionally consume virtual agent conversations limit.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://yoursite.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/servicedesk/feature-usage?feature=virtual-agent
2. Please check if there is usage for deleted project

Expected Results

Deleted projects should not count for virtual conversations usage limit.

Actual Results

Occasionally deleted projects can be still considered.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
