Issue Summary

When you have attached a field in the forms, and also mapped into intents in Ask for information node, then the field value does not get auto populated.

But if the field is in request type and not in any of the explicit forms, it gets filled automatically.

Expected Results

The field should be auto populated even if the field is in forms.

Actual Results

Field's value is empty
