Data Manager : Add adapter clients in Github or download through JEC instead of Marketplace Apps

      Current State:

      Assets Data Manager adapter clients are available in Marketplace as downloadable app and we do not have possibility to download it through any scripts from Github or JEC.

      Proposed Future State:

      Add adapter clients in Github or expose APIs to download the clients through Scripts.
