Issue Summary
If a user is suspended in Opsgenie (with no licence to JSM or Opsgenie) and the migration to JSM Operation is completed, the suspended user automatically gets invited and access granted to JSM.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a user to an on-call schedule in Opsgenie.
- Delete user from Organisation. (User becomes suspended in Opsgenie as the user cannot be deleted due to them being part of an on-call)
- Complete the Opsgenie to JSM migration.
Expected Results
If a user is in suspended state in Opsgenie and does not have a licence for either Opsgenie or JSM, then this user should not be invited and given access to JSM once the migration is complete
Actual Results
If a user is in suspended state in Opsgenie and does not have a licence for either Opsgenie or JSM, this user is invited and given access to JSM once the migration is complete
Workaround
Manually delete/ remove the user again.
